Dual Study Program in Personalized Nutrition 2027

Three-year dual study program in personalized nutrition, starting with the program on September 1, 2027 and the degree course on October 1, 2027, with practical training in the Heilbronn/Neckarsulm area. The program at DHBW Heilbronn leads to a Bachelor of Science and combines nutrition, personalization and technology with practical work in Schwarz Restaurant Operations.

During the theoretical phases, you will deepen your knowledge of nutrition, personalization and technology, including nutritional and health sciences and personalized human nutrition. During the practical phases, you will support the development and implementation of innovative catering concepts and digitally supported nutrition and fresh-food offers and work in different areas of Schwarz Restaurant Operations.

General university entrance qualification or equivalent with good grades in biology, chemistry, mathematics and, where applicable, computer science; interest in processes in the human body, physiology and personalized nutrition; reliability, communication skills and team spirit; enjoyment of exercise and sports; interest in retail and international project work; good knowledge of MS Office.
