Junior Construction Project Manager as Client Representative for the IPAI Campus

As a Junior Construction Project Manager in #TeamSCOS, you support innovative and sustainable construction and real estate projects around the IPAI Campus from concept to handover. Entry level, full-time.

• Help realize demanding real estate projects around the IPAI Campus from first concept to completion and handover to the user
• Support in the awarding, steering and optimization of planning services
• Support of authority coordination and preparation of all required approval processes
• Support in negotiating and commissioning construction services and accompanying on-site construction supervision
• Active participation in project management, schedule and budget control and quality assurance
• Gradual takeover of coordination tasks at the interfaces to internal departments and external service providers
• Preparation of transparent project reports and presentations for internal decision-making bodies

• Successfully completed degree in architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering/construction – ideal for young talents and career starters
• First practical experience (e.g. through internships or working student jobs) in new construction, conversion or building in existing structures, ideally on the contractor side or in a client representation
• Great interest in project management and a basic understanding of negotiating with external service providers
• Solution-oriented, structured way of working paired with strong initiative and assertiveness
• Entrepreneurial thinking, motivation for personal development as well as a pronounced down-to-earth attitude and performance
