Reporting and Data Management Assistant, Temporary

You will support reporting and data management in the real estate team for a portfolio of offices, conference rooms, restaurants and homes. This is a temporary full-time position.

• Regularly update data sources manually to keep the reporting system's information current
• Export and combine data from different systems and prepare it for the team's analysis
• Help create, adapt and design clear dashboards and prepare standard reports for various departments
• Carry out basic checks for errors, identify inconsistencies and help maintain high data quality
• Create and maintain process and system documentation and support the reporting team's daily work

• Completed commercial or IT-related vocational training, for example in digital management, office management or industrial business administration
• Initial experience in data maintenance, an assistant role, controlling or a similar analytical environment is desirable
• A strong interest in IT, confident use of spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), and ideally some experience with BI tools such as (Micro)Strategy, Power BI or Tableau, or a strong desire to learn them
• A careful, precise and organised approach, good understanding of numbers and reliability
• Very good German and good English, spoken and written
