In your 3-year apprenticeship, you will develop into a specialist (f/m/d) in the industrial production of high-quality ice cream products. Setting up and monitoring machines and systems in the production area will become clearer with each application until you become an absolute expert with your degree! You will accompany raw material inspection in goods receipt and learn the system-controlled path of dried fruits from mechanical production to fully automatic packaging and storage. You will acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge during your vocational school lessons.

You have a good lower secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) or intermediate secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) with good grades in science subjects. You bring enthusiasm for technical processes and how they work. You enjoy working with computer-controlled systems and have an interest in food. The competencies of teamwork, sense of responsibility, and motivation describe you as a person.
