Executive Assistant to the Management

Schwarz Produktion supports its production companies with organisation and administration. As assistant to the management, you support the management proactively and independently. Permanent, full-time (38 h/week), available immediately.

• proactive, independent and comprehensive support for the management
• optimal planning, execution, coordination and control of administrative processes while maintaining confidentiality
• self-responsible preparation, documentation and follow-up of meetings, discussions and other appointments
• independent checking of invoices, budget monitoring and procurement of materials
• management of access rights and encryption
• creating high-quality and complex presentations in German and English
• organisation of national and international travel for the management

• completed degree or completed commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial clerk, office management clerk, etc.)
• first work experience, preferably in the described area
• experience in project and conflict management
• very good organisational skills, discretion, loyalty and reliability
• friendly and confident manner combined with an independent and self-responsible way of working
• very good German and English skills
