Corporate Communications Officer

Corporate communications officer at Schwarz Produktion in Weißenfels. You design and manage digital, external communication channels such as social media and websites and act as the central contact for social media and online communication. The position is fixed-term until 31 Oct 2028 at 38 hours per week.

• Design, implementation, optimization and further development of digital, external communication channels such as social media and websites
• Sourcing, creating and coordinating audience-appropriate text, image and video content including storytelling
• Evaluating KPIs, writing evaluation reports, monitoring media and deriving optimization measures
• Building and maintaining community management and advising departments as the central contact for social media and online communication
• Independent design and coordination of projects, campaigns and online strategies as well as exchange with external service providers
• Professional guidance of employees or students and representing Schwarz Produktion in working groups and at industry events

• completed bachelor's degree in communication, media, business or humanities, or comparable training
• Professional experience in corporate or agency communication, ideally with a focus on digital communication; experience with LinkedIn, Meta and other social media channels is an advantage
• sound knowledge of online copywriting for social media and websites, confident handling of social media marketing and of legal frameworks
• strong communication skills, high quality awareness, strategic and analytical thinking as well as creativity and joy of innovation
• fluent German and ideally advanced English skills
• extensive knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace applications and confident, independent management of common social media platforms
