Maintenance Planner

We are Sindra Übach-Palenberg. We deliver perfect solutions quickly and reliably. Our tasks include various services related to logistics, technology, infrastructure and administration for Schwarz Produktion's production facilities in Übach-Palenberg. Among other things, we operate two of Europe's largest high-bay frozen-food warehouses here.

• Implementing the preventive maintenance strategy based on the workload and availability requirements of logistics processes and equipment
• Coordinating the spare parts to be procured with spare parts management and checking the components to be used
• Independently planning and coordinating external maintenance measures carried out by service providers, as well as planning mandatory statutory inspections
• Creating work and maintenance plans and adapting and expanding the technical location structure in SAP PM
• Identifying potential improvements in the maintenance strategy and continuously developing it further
• Evaluating and monitoring the planned maintenance work
• Supporting maintenance staff with feedback on completed maintenance tasks when needed

• Successfully completed technical vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Initial relevant professional experience in a manufacturing company
• Understanding of technical relationships combined with a systematic and goal-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Confident handling of the SAP PM and MM modules
• Reliable and structured way of working
• Initiative and ability to work in a team
