Building Services Technician / Plant Technician

At its Eystrup site, the company has produced jam, honey and sweet fillings of the highest quality for over 130 years. It has been part of Schwarz Produktion since 2025. It is looking for a building services / plant technician. Permanent contract, starting immediately, 38 hours per week.

• Ensuring technical availability as well as preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of building and utility systems (incl. steam boilers, CHP, water/wastewater) during ongoing operation
• Support with fault analysis and optimization and redesign of technical processes, facilities and systems
• cross-departmental support with maintenance and repair of our production systems
• Recording operating data and keeping operating logs to ensure legally compliant plant operation
• Carrying out installation work in building services and supporting procurement of necessary spare parts
• Documenting all work in SAP PM, implementing TPM measures and supervising external contractors in compliance with safety rules

• completed technical vocational training in supply technology, refrigeration systems, industrial metal/electrical, construction trades, or a comparable qualification
• several years of professional experience in supply technology at a manufacturing company, preferably in the food or process industry
• sound knowledge of supply technology (steam, compressed air, water, wastewater, cooling and ventilation systems) and strong manual skills (e.g. basic welding knowledge)
• understanding of hygiene, quality and safety standards in food production (HACCP, IFS)
• advanced basic knowledge of SAP PM and confident use of Google Workspace
• resilience under stress, team spirit and willingness to work in a 2-shift system
