Quality Management Officer

At its Eystrup site, the company has produced jam, honey and sweet fillings of the highest quality for over 130 years and has been part of Schwarz Produktion since 2025. It is looking for a Quality Management Officer (f/m/d) for the plant.

• Independently building, maintaining and continuously developing the quality management system in the plant
• Building and maintaining plant-specific rules and workflows in the plant manual and monitoring processes across groups
• Preparing, following up and supporting internal audits, supplier audits, external audits and GMP walkthroughs, including root cause analyses of deviations
• Active participation in the plant-specific teams for HACCP, TACCP (Food Defence) and VACCP (Food Fraud)
• Plant-specific implementation of preventive programs and supervision and coordination of the external pest control service provider
• Carrying out traceability studies and employee training on quality, and preparing management reviews and KPI evaluations

• Successfully completed degree in food technology, food chemistry, nutrition science or a comparable qualification
• Additional qualification as a quality management officer (QMB) and internal auditor is an advantage
• Professional experience in quality management at a manufacturing company (including relevant internships)
• Practical expertise in quality and audit management, food law (national/EU) and raw material and process knowledge
• Good IT skills with Google Workspace and ideally basic knowledge of SAP ERP and software-based quality tools
• Structured way of working, assertiveness and team spirit
• Willingness to travel occasionally on business
