Apprenticeship - Specialist for Food Technology

In your 3-year apprenticeship, you will acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills about the processes of industrial production of high-quality fruit preparations and honey. Versatile areas of application await you - from raw material inspection in goods receipt to the setup and monitoring of production and packaging systems. You will learn the system-controlled preparation of doughs in mechanical production through to fully automatic packaging and storage. You will develop into a specialist (f/m/d) for hygiene and quality standards to ensure the legally required food safety. Your practical training takes place at Göbber GmbH at the Eystrup site. Your theoretical knowledge will be taught during block lessons in Hanover.

You have a completed technical college entrance qualification (intermediate school leaving certificate, secondary school diploma, or equivalent) with good grades in science subjects (especially chemistry, biology, and mathematics). You are interested in technical processes and how they work. You enjoy working with computer-controlled systems and have an interest in food. You show willingness to work in shifts during and after your apprenticeship. You are a team player, responsible, and motivated.
