Maintenance Planner

Forward-looking time and capacity planning of maintenance work in coordination with production; safe coordination of maintenance measures with production, SCM, and service providers in strict compliance with occupational and food safety; independent planning, creation, and maintenance of work orders, maintenance strategies, and machine master data in coordination with specialist departments; structured creation, maintenance, and upkeep of technical functional locations and machine master data in the SAP PM system; participation in the determination, preparation, and analysis of KPI-based reports via SAP; active identification of efficiency potentials in maintenance and participation in interdisciplinary projects.

Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training and several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a production environment; sound experience in coordinating maintenance measures taking into account EHS requirements and food safety standards; proficient knowledge of ERP and maintenance systems (including independent processing and guidance) as well as basic knowledge of Google Workspace; pronounced planning and organizational methodology for efficient control of complex work processes; good English skills (ideally at B1/B2 level) for daily practice.
