Wheel Loader Operator / Excavator Operator / Construction Machinery Operator (2-Shift)

At the Maxau Paper Factory, we primarily process waste paper and produce versatile, environmentally friendly printing paper. Paper production has a long tradition with us. Enrich our team with your knowledge! We offer you varied and challenging tasks in the paper industry.

• Operating and driving various transport vehicles (front loaders, excavators, Unimog, etc.) within logistics
• Supplying and disposing of required materials for production plants
• Loading vehicles as well as vehicle maintenance and cleaning
• Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the work area
• If needed, support at the truck scale or at the timber yard

• Successfully completed vocational training in a craft or commercial profession
• Construction machinery license / construction equipment license, a forklift license would be an additional advantage
• If you don't have the licenses, we will pay for the further training
• Ideally experience as a shunter, wheel loader operator, excavator or construction machinery operator
• High degree of flexibility and teamwork skills as well as independent and responsible working style
• Resilience, concentration, and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early and late shift)
