Machine Operator / Plant Operator / Production Employee

• Operating, controlling and monitoring the automated production lines and fixing minor faults in the chocolate area
• Documenting all relevant records for production and quality assurance
• Complying with valid hygiene guidelines, quality standards (e.g. IFS, HACCP) and rules on environmental protection, occupational safety and quality management
• Cleaning work across the whole production area while following hygiene standards, including documentation
• Active participation and contribution in shop floor and team meetings

• Completed trade or technical vocational training, ideally as a confectionery technologist (f/m/d), food technology specialist, machine and plant operator (f/m/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally first experience working with equipment in chocolate production
• Good technical understanding and manual skills
• An independent way of working and a positive team spirit
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
