Maintenance Mechanic

Freiberger Lebensmittel GmbH is seeking an experienced maintenance specialist to start as soon as possible at its Berlin-Reinickendorf site. The pizza manufacturer offers a permanent full-time role keeping its production equipment running reliably.

• You will carry out targeted fault finding and repair technical faults in our machines and equipment
• You will record faults digitally and identify opportunities for improvement
• You will keep equipment available for use as much as possible through regular inspections and maintenance
• You will support production during product changeovers
• You will help improve equipment and reduce energy use and costs

• You have completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or mechatronics technician, or hold a comparable qualification
• You have specialist knowledge of machine and equipment servicing and maintenance
• Experience in machining and welding techniques, including TIG and gas-shielded metal arc welding, is an advantage
• You have some initial knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• You have basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• You have very good spoken and written German
• You work well in a team and have an independent, reliable approach to work
• You must be willing to work a three-shift system
