(Junior) SAP Inhouse Consultant in Rheinberg

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed (Junior) SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on production and logistics. In this responsible position, you will accompany the further development of our SAP system landscape, optimization of business processes, and support our specialist departments in digitalization along the entire supply chain. Your area of responsibility includes, among other things: Support and further development of SAP solutions in the areas of production and logistics based on SAP S/4HANA; Analysis, conception, and optimization of business processes in close cooperation with specialist departments; Customizing and implementation of new requirements in the SAP modules (especially PP, MM, WM/EWM or comparable logistics modules); Participation in SAP projects; Control and coordination of external service providers; Conducting requirements analyses, tests, training, and user support; Ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement of SAP processes; Support in the introduction of new SAP technologies and digitalization initiatives.

Successfully completed degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification; At least 5 years of professional experience as an SAP consultant or SAP key user in a production or logistics environment; Sound knowledge of SAP modules PP and MM, ideally supplemented by WM/EWM, QM, or SD; Experience with SAP S/4HANA with implementation ability and hands-on mentality; You have already dealt extensively with process design and customizing; Good knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, warehouse management, and supply chain management; Experience in working with specialist departments and external partners; Analytical thinking as well as structured and independent working style; Good German and English skills, both written and spoken. Desirable: Knowledge in the area of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), especially in electronic communication with customers, suppliers, and logistics service providers; Experience with EDI platforms (e.g., SEEBURGER, SAP Integration Suite, or comparable solutions); Knowledge in related integration and interface topics; Experience in the area of FIORI; Use of AI in the SAP environment.
