Marketing Assistant Brand Owner Marketing

Semper idem Underberg AG is a values-driven family company from Rheinberg on the Lower Rhine with around 280 employees and premium spirits such as Underberg, Asbach and PITÚ. You support the Brand Owner Marketing team in developing and marketing one of Germany's best-known spirits brands. The position is parental leave cover, fixed-term until 29.02.2028.

• Support our Brand Owner Marketing team in planning, coordinating and implementing national brand and marketing strategies
• Help design and implement brand campaigns, promotions, brand activations and digital and social media measures
• Operationally manage and coordinate ongoing marketing projects and ensure smooth project progress
• Conduct and prepare market, competitor and trend analyses to support brand development
• Work closely with internal departments and external service providers
• Support the planning, organization and running of brand events, trade fairs and industry events
• Create presentations, reports and marketing materials and support administrative and organizational tasks
• Help with budget planning, monitoring and coordination

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree focused on marketing, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in international brand management, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods
• Experience in operationally supporting and coordinating marketing projects and implementing national and international marketing measures
• Sound knowledge of brand management, brand communication and analysis of relevant market and competitor data
• Strong organizational talent and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• High initiative, reliability and communication skills
• Teamwork skills and a professional manner with internal and external contacts
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written, and confident use of MS Office
