Apprenticeship as Dialog Marketing Specialist

With an apprenticeship as a Dialog Marketing Specialist (f/m/d), you will learn all important processes of customer communication and commercial operations at Severin. Our apprenticeship plan enables you to gain insight into various areas of customer service and dialog marketing to better plan your individual career path. You will be comprehensively prepared for your future field of work and learn to optimally use your talents.

• In customer service, you are in direct contact with our customers. You learn to handle customer inquiries, find individual solutions, and ensure professional communication – both by phone and in writing.
• In marketing and sales, you experience how customer relationships are built and maintained. You learn more about customer wishes and needs and support the planning and implementation of marketing and sales measures.
• Other areas you will get to know include our complaint management, order processing, and quality assurance and evaluation of customer and service processes.
• In the last 6 to 9 months of the apprenticeship, you deepen your knowledge in your focus department, where you take on more responsibility in customer service and the processing of service processes. The experience gathered there prepares you for your oral final exam.

• You speak very good German and good English, as our business relationships are often international, so you will sometimes conduct a phone call in English or send an English email.

• You should like working on the computer and be able to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
