Trainee for Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Our products leave our warehouse daily and are shipped to our customers. To ensure everything runs smoothly, you will support the logistical planning, control, and organization of the flow of goods as a warehouse logistics specialist. You know exactly which products are in which quantity and at which location in our high-bay warehouse, what to consider during storage, and how they are prepared for transport. Your work is very varied: from working with various systems to hands-on picking and shipping. During your training, you will learn all processes and procedures in warehouse management: from processing incoming goods to outgoing goods to our customers.

• Incoming goods: You accept our products from the supplier and check them for completeness and integrity.
• Storage: If the quantity and type of products are correct, you take care of storing them in our high-bay warehouse using our automatic storage and retrieval machine. So that the goods can be found quickly in the warehouse, they are entered into the warehouse management system by you.
• Flow of goods: You take care of the internal transport of products using forklifts. For this, you will obtain your forklift license during your training.
• Inventory control: So that customers can only order what is actually in stock and supply bottlenecks are avoided, the warehouse stock is regularly maintained and checked by you.
• Shipping: So that ordered products arrive at our customers on time and correctly, you will learn order picking, proper packaging, loading, and final dispatch of products during your training.
• At every single step, you will also learn the commercial aspects during your training, for example which points to observe, which checks and deadlines to meet, and which accompanying documents are necessary.

• Requirement: Technical college entrance qualification, intermediate school leaving certificate
• As a warehouse logistics specialist, you love order. Everything has its right place with you, and you know where to find everything even in large warehouses. You also have good spatial imagination. You are very interested in logistical processes and the procedures for getting goods to customers on time. For this, you bring the right coordination skills. You are also characterized by a high degree of reliability and organizational talent and enjoy working with a large logistics team.
