Process Manager Warehouse & Logistics

Responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of team leaders in the warehouse and logistics departments, as well as the support and further development of logistics and warehouse processes.

• You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of team leaders in the warehouse and logistics departments, with responsibility for goods receipt, warehousing, material provision, material scheduling, shipping, and intralogistics
• You are responsible for the support and further development of logistics and warehouse processes, as well as the control, optimization, and standardization of material flows for cooperation with external production partners
• You support the active design and further development of digitalization and automation initiatives in the warehouse and logistics environment
• You ensure that all quality, safety, ESD guidelines, as well as legal and customer-specific requirements are met
• You are responsible for budget, personnel planning, and KPI management in the warehouse and logistics area
• You work closely with purchasing, production management, process management, work preparation, quality assurance, and sales
• You plan, organize, and monitor stock levels and are responsible for conducting inventories to ensure high stock accuracy
• You support audits by customers, suppliers, and certification bodies

• You have a completed technical or commercial apprenticeship
• You bring the required time flexibility for shift work
• You have several years of experience in leading and developing employees as well as building high-performance teams
• You have experience working with EMS service providers, external assemblers, or outsourced production sites
• You have sound knowledge of materials management for electronic components, power electronics, assemblies, and mechanical components
• You are proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP or comparable solutions) and warehouse management systems
• You have strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented approach, and a good understanding of logistics KPIs and processes
• You have strong communication skills, assertiveness, and pronounced social competence
• You have good German and English skills (at least C1) in both written and spoken form.
