About this Apprenticeship

You want to do something with machines because their design, function, and mechanics fascinate you? Then choose the dual study program in Mechanical Engineering combined with an apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic (f/m/d) at Siemens Mobility and develop the drive systems and assemblies for the mobility of tomorrow. Mechanical engineers (f/m/d) are involved in the development and design or construction of a wide variety of machines and systems. These can be complex production plants, rail vehicles, or precision engineering products. During your dual studies, you conduct basic research on materials, learn complex mechanics and drive or automation technology, and become comprehensively familiar with machine dynamics. You apply computer science knowledge, manufacture components using various processes, and simulate mechanical processes digitally. With these competencies, many doors are open to you at our company, for example in the design of locomotives and trains or in the construction of components for them. You can also take off in production and quality management or in the management and control of projects. Sounds like concentrated machine power, doesn't it? Then bring the machines of the future to life with us and apply for a dual study program in Mechanical Engineering with an apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic (f/m/d).
