About this Apprenticeship
SIGNAL IDUNA is looking for a successor to a long-established general agency at its Stuttgart regional office, to look after and grow the transferred customer base.
What You'll Learn
- Look after, advise and grow the transferred customer base
- Support with customer requests and questions
- Process requests for contract changes
- Win new customers for our company
- Deliver service excellence to our customers
Requirements
- Training as an insurance specialist (IHK) or the required proof of expertise
- Ideally several years of experience in the insurance industry
- Determination, customer focus, diligence and assertiveness
- Likes being mobile and communicative
- Desire to keep developing
- Self-organization
