Educator for our Neustadt Nursery

In the SOS nursery Neustadt we care for and support ten children aged one to three in a loving and appreciative atmosphere. Part-time, permanent.

• You care for and support the children of our nursery group aged one to three and create a loving, development-promoting daily life.
• You give the children security, safety and a reliable framework and build strong, trusting relationships with them.
• You see each child as an individual personality and attentively and appreciatively support their individual development and learning processes.
• You promote social learning and respectful interaction and see cultural, social and family diversity as an enrichment.
• You build a trusting educational partnership with parents and caregivers and exchange regularly with them.
• You work closely and respectfully in our multiprofessional team and actively contribute your experience and ideas.
• You take part in the professional and conceptual development of our nursery.
• You conscientiously implement child and client protection standards and shape closeness and distance to the children entrusted to you professionally and respectfully.

• You have completed training as an educator or a comparable recognized pedagogical qualification.
• Ideally you already have experience working with children aged zero to three.
• You treat children and families with appreciation, empathy and respect and enjoy pedagogical relationship work.
• An open and appreciative approach to cultural, social and family diversity is natural to you.
• You are committed, resilient and flexible and keep an overview even in a lively nursery day.
• You work independently, responsibly and reliably and also value teamwork.
• You are reflective, open to criticism, contribute your professional perspective and are open to constructive exchange and development.
• Your handling of closeness and distance is professional, mindful and respectful of boundaries.
• The protection and well-being of children is your highest priority in your daily pedagogical work.
