• In an interdisciplinary setting, you will provide therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and families in the context of child and youth welfare. With your professional expertise, you will make a valuable contribution to stabilization, development, and participation – always with a focus on the individual family system and the educational framework.
• Psychotherapy as educational assistance in the context of educational services under §§ 27 ff SGB VIII, e.g., overcoming specific weaknesses in the family education system to reduce educational competence deficits and/or overload situations of parents
• Psychotherapy in the context of integration assistance to prevent impending mental disabilities or reduce existing disabilities, enabling participation in social life
• Implementation of the family therapy approach to improve family interaction, communication, and relationship structures
• Psychotherapeutic support during development and assistance planning within the facility's interdisciplinary team
• Conscientious implementation of child and ward protection

You have a completed degree in psychology as well as an additional qualification with a behavioral therapy or systemic focus. You bring resilience, flexibility, and a high level of commitment. You have good knowledge of common IT systems. Your handling of proximity and distance to clients is professional. You possess a class B driver's license and provide your own car for business trips.
