You advise customers individually and develop solutions for their financial situation. The two-and-a-half-year apprenticeship is sales-oriented and practical, covering comprehensive customer advice, proactive customer contact and varied sales projects.

Individual customer advice; proactive customer contact and building trusting customer relationships; participation in varied sales projects; training to become a successful sales employee in the financial services sector.

At least an intermediate school-leaving certificate; enthusiasm for comprehensive customer advice; strong sales skills and a passion for service; high commitment and problem-solving skills; confident and friendly manner; ability to work in a team.
