Qualified Property Valuation Specialist under BelWertV

At Sparkasse Langen-Seligenstadt, you will value residential properties and help prepare and organise reports used to determine mortgage lending values. You will coordinate inspections, external valuers and invoice processing.

• Value residential properties and prepare accurate short reports to determine mortgage lending values.
• Help prepare short and full valuation reports, arrange inspections and check property documents.
• Manage incoming requests for valuation reports and value reviews, and oversee the purchase of external and internal property inspections.
• Ensure invoices are processed smoothly.
• Commission and oversee external valuers, and help colleagues with questions about property valuation.

• Completed commercial vocational training with an additional qualification in property valuation or appraisal; banking vocational training is desirable.
• Experience in lending or a similar position at a financial institution is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and good time management.
• Communication skills and sound judgement and decision-making skills.
• Resilience, a focus on goals and flexibility.
• Class 3 driving licence.
