About this Apprenticeship
Sparkasse Langen-Seligenstadt is filling the position of Specialist (m/f/d) Accounts & Customer Service part-time with about 24 hours.
What You'll Learn
- Process customer orders from the online branch, manage school, club and homeowner association accounts, set up powers of attorney and card orders
- Open private and business current accounts based on service orders
- Contact person for market advisors and internal departments on deposit and service processes
- Handle other market-related tasks (e.g. account switching, event system, lists and reports)
- Actively support process optimization, spot weaknesses, assess risks and find savings and revenue potential
- Help with projects and special campaigns
Requirements
- Training as a bank clerk (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation skills and networking mindset
- Strong customer service attitude
- Interest in the digital Sparkasse world and developments of the core banking system "OSPlus neo"
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Independent and very flexible way of working
- Confident use of OSPlus, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of our products and services
