About this Apprenticeship
Sparkasse Langen-Seligenstadt is looking for reinforcement for its Digital Advisory Center team. You advise, sell and maintain customer relationships, making use of the possibilities of the digital world.
What You'll Learn
- Make finances understandable, e.g. liquidity, wealth building, securities, retirement provision or protection, and find out what fits customers' goals and life situation
- Spot advisory needs and show customers which solutions offer real added value
- Maintain existing customer relationships, win new customers and create closeness and trust digitally as well
- Develop new advisory formats together with the team, use them in advising and keep developing advisory services
Requirements
- Vocational training in banking
- Friendly and communicative personality
- Experience in selling financial products
- Enthusiasm for digital media and a playful approach to using them
- High level of service mindset and customer focus
- Independent and results-oriented work
- Absolute discretion and reliability
- Flexibility with working hours
