Apprenticeship Bank Clerk

With us you are a full team member from day one. In the apprenticeship as a bank clerk you will learn in seminars, workshops and coaching how to deal with customers, advisory tools and financial concepts. In addition to technical content we offer personality and team building seminars. You will receive an exciting and varied vocational training that focuses on customer support and advice as well as holistic sales. You will learn the entire range of banking business from savings books to Wall Street shares, from overdraft facilities to financing corporate investments. In addition, you will gain insights into sales-supporting areas such as sales management, digital sales and central market follow-up. Practice is at the centre. We let you participate, contribute and shape from the start. It is important to us that our apprentices are trained and developed to the highest quality standards. To enable this, we extend the classic apprenticeship offer with: on-the-job training: direct customer contact and active work in customer advisory and support; practical activities in various branches and areas; internal instruction (in cooperation with the Savings Bank Academy NRW); projects, sales training & challenges, as well as study trips; digital learning platform & digital exam preparation; assumption of responsibilities within the apprentice branch. After two and a half years you usually successfully complete the apprenticeship as a bank clerk. But our support does not end there. We ensure that we can look into the future together even after the apprenticeship.

High willingness to learn; sociability; teamwork; motivation; openness and naturalness; interest in economics; at least a good technical college entrance qualification; good social skills.
