Dual Study Program Banking & Sales (B.A.)

From day one, you are a full-fledged team member. In the training to become a bank clerk (m/f/d), you will learn in seminars, workshops, and coaching sessions how to deal with customers, advisory tools, and financial concepts. In addition to technical content, we offer personality and team-building seminars. You will receive an exciting and varied vocational training that focuses on customer care and advice as well as holistic sales. You will learn the entire range of banking business, from savings accounts to Wall Street stocks, from overdraft facilities to financing corporate investments. In addition, you will gain insights into sales-supporting areas such as sales management, digital sales, and central market follow-up. Practice is the focus. We let you participate, contribute, and shape from the very beginning. It is important to us that our trainees are trained and developed according to the highest quality standards. After two and a half years, you will usually successfully complete the training as a bank clerk. But our support does not end there. We ensure that we can look into the future together even after the training.
