Administrative Officer in the City Treasury Department

As an administrative officer in the city treasury of the Dormagen city administration, you will handle accounts receivable and payable accounting, bank accounting, serve as a contact person for internal and external customers, and assist in preparing annual financial statements.

Completed training as an administrative assistant or management assistant for office management, or completed administrative course 1 (administrative business administrator), or at least three-year commercial training. Sound knowledge and practical experience in accounting. Desirable: knowledge of proDoppik accounting software and New Communal Financial Management. Good communication skills, teamwork, reliability, accurate work style, flexibility, resilience, ability to work independently, good IT skills (Word, Excel).
