About this Apprenticeship
The City of Dortmund offers an apprenticeship as a service specialist for dialogue marketing at its service center "doline". You are the first point of contact for the people of Dortmund. Vocational school takes place two days a week at Konrad-Klepping-Berufskolleg. Part-time apprenticeships are possible.
What You'll Learn
- Put conversation techniques into practice
- Record and process customer and order data during phone calls
- Use information networks and databases to give suitable answers quickly
- Gain insight into various administrative procedures to answer citizens' questions better
Requirements
- Lower secondary school certificate after 10th grade or a higher school qualification
- Foreign language skills desirable
