Dual Study Programme in Municipal Real Estate Management - Bachelor of Arts

Dual Bachelor’s degree programme in municipal real estate management with business and legal focuses. The programme lasts three and a half years, or seven semesters, and combines theory at EBZ Business School in Bochum with practical placements in building management.

Contribute to the management and development of municipal real estate; negotiate and manage rental and lease agreements; support construction and renovation projects; complete practical placements in asset management, leasing and commercial management of administrative buildings, schools, childcare centres and green structures, finance and controlling, property management, operations management and construction project management.
