Supporting customers, making public-sector business administration decisions, working with legal regulations, checking applications, and processing them according to applicable rules.

Interest in office and administrative work, willingness to learn and apply laws and regulations, interest in public-sector business administration, enjoyment of working with data and figures, analytical thinking, a service-oriented attitude, teamwork, social and intercultural competence, and at least an intermediate secondary school certificate.
