Case Worker for Land Acquisition Team

Payment is according to salary group 11 TVöD or civil service grade A12.

Representation of the city of Ulm in land transactions within the framework of municipal planning and projects; Development and negotiation of essential contract contents; Conclusion of notarial and other contracts/agreements; Processing of contracts; Examination and, if necessary, defense and exercise of pre-emption rights; Determination of purchase prices and compensation; Inspection of properties and attendance at on-site appointments; Participation in meetings; Contact with local administrations and various municipal departments

Completed degree as Diplomverwaltungswirt (FH) or Bachelor of Arts - Public Management or equivalent qualification; Basic knowledge in real estate, public land law, urban planning and building law; Independent and self-reliant work as well as organizational skills; Communication and moderation skills as well as negotiation skills; Flexibility, willingness to contribute and motivation to work on large projects; Creativity, sense of responsibility and joy in shaping the future direction of a young team
