For our growing team at KiTa Schwalbennest, we are looking for pedagogical specialists (m/f/d) part-time or full-time (70% to 100%) as soon as possible. Your future workplace: KiTa Schwalbennest in Stuttgart-Giebel offers 60 children aged one year to school entry a supportive environment that accompanies them in their individual development. The fixed integration of inclusion specialists expands our team professionally and creates the best conditions for the participation of all children.

Accompanying children in everyday life – attentive, appreciative and development-oriented; Co-designing the pedagogical program and the open concept; working according to the provider's protection concept; active participation in shaping the daycare center as a living space; Further development and implementation of our pedagogical concept in line with KiTa S+ standards; Building and maintaining a trusting educational partnership with families; Taking on nursing and housekeeping tasks

A qualification according to §7 KiTaG (state-recognized educator, childhood pedagogue or comparable); sound knowledge of elementary pedagogy and first experience in open concept; interest in inclusion and joy in diverse learning and living environments; an appreciative, reflective attitude and the ability to build reliable relationships; enthusiasm for cooperation with families and cooperations in the district; team spirit and openness to new pedagogical developments
