• Accompanying lunch
• Supervision, accompaniment, and offering open activities during lunch break
• Design and implementation of educational offerings in the afternoon, possibly in cooperation with other institutions in the social space
• Cooperation with all parties involved in school life
• Development and guidance of (additional) educational offerings
• Teaching values, perceiving needs and requirements of children and adolescents
• Active implementation of our protection concept through a lived culture of looking out for the protection of children and adolescents

• Pedagogical specialist (m/f/d): State-recognized educator or youth and residential care worker or equivalent qualification
• Caregiver (m/f/d): Completed training in a recognized apprenticeship occupation (also possible in a different field)
• Joy in lifeworld- and social-space-oriented, holistic support and promotion of children and adolescents
• Strong communication skills
• Professional and empathetic demeanor
• Enjoyment of conceptual work, good planning and organizational skills
