About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at TAG Immobilien AG in Düsseldorf with a 39-hour working week. Training covers property management, tenant support, technical and legal matters, financing and investment calculations.
What You'll Learn
- Be a contact for tenants and people interested in renting, listen to their needs and help with housing questions.
- Learn how our flats are managed, from handling contracts and inspecting building work to checking flats when tenants leave.
- Learn about building and legal rules and gain insight into technical building management.
- When managing owner-occupied flats, learn how owners' meetings and property inspections are organised.
- Help with financing plans and investment calculations and learn about the financial side of property management.
Requirements
- School qualification: successfully completed school qualification
- Personal strengths: quick understanding, an open personality, teamwork, independent working, a strong interest in housing and the ability to contribute new ideas
- Knowledge and other requirements: Microsoft Office skills, ideally a category B driving licence
