About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at TAG Immobilien AG in Salzgitter, working 39 hours per week. Learn to manage rented and owner-occupied apartments, support tenants and explore the legal, technical and financial tasks involved in property management.
What You'll Learn
- Listen to tenants and prospective tenants and help with all questions about housing
- Learn to manage apartments, from processing contracts and visiting construction sites to inspecting apartments at the end of a tenancy
- Work with building and legal regulations and gain insight into technical building management
- Learn to organise owners' meetings and conduct property inspections while managing owner-occupied apartments
- Help with financing plans and investment calculations and gain insight into the financial aspects of property management
Requirements
- A successfully completed school leaving qualification
- Quick understanding, an outgoing personality, teamwork, independent working, a strong interest in housing and the ability to contribute fresh ideas
- Knowledge of MS Office; ideally a category B driving licence
