About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship as a real estate clerk (m/f/d) at TAG Immobilien AG in Leipzig, full-time (39 hours/week). You learn the management of apartments, tenants and owners' associations, and gain insight into technical building management and financing planning.
What You'll Learn
- Contact person - always an open ear for our tenants and prospective tenants, with support for all questions about housing.
- Industry expert - I learn the management of our apartments - from contract handling and construction site visits to apartment handovers.
- Fact checker - I deal with building and legal regulations and gain insight into technical building management.
- Representing interests - in managing condominiums I learn how owners' meetings are organized and property inspections are carried out.
- Numbers person - I support financing plans and investment calculations and gain valuable insight into the financial aspects of property management.
Requirements
- School leaving certificate: successfully completed qualification
- Personal strengths: quick grasp, open personality, teamwork, independent way of working, great interest in the topic of "housing" and the ability to bring in new ideas
- Knowledge and prerequisites: MS Office skills, ideally a class B driver's license
