Apprenticeship as Real Estate Clerk

Apprenticeship as a real estate clerk (m/f/d) at TAG Immobilien AG in Erfurt, full-time (39 hours/week). You learn about managing apartments, building and legal regulations, technical building management and financing planning.

• Contact person for tenants and prospective tenants, helping with all questions about housing
• Learn the management of apartments, from contract handling and building viewings to apartment handovers
• Deal with building and legal regulations and gain insight into technical building management
• Learn how owners' meetings and property inspections are organised when managing owner-occupied apartments
• Support financing plans and investment calculations and gain insight into the financial aspects of property management

• School leaving certificate: successfully completed qualification
• Personal strengths: quick grasp, open personality, teamwork, independent way of working, great interest in the topic of "housing" and the ability to bring in new ideas
• Knowledge and prerequisites: MS Office skills, ideally a class B driving licence
