Dual Student Real Estate Management (B.A.)

Dual study program in real estate management (B.A.) at TAG Immobilien AG in Erfurt, full-time (39 hours/week). The theory phase takes place at the Duale Hochschule Gera-Eisenach, the practical phase at the company's Erfurt site.

• Acquire business administration fundamentals, deepened with real estate expertise
• Study topics include management and marketing of residential and commercial property, strategic real estate marketing and project development
• Actively work on demanding tasks and projects at the company
• Field appointments such as apartment viewings and handovers
• Learn building and legal regulations and handle technical building management
• Gain insights into group accounting and investment and financing plans

• School qualification: successfully completed Abitur
• Personal strengths: strong number sense, quick grasp, confident and curious manner, communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
• Skills and prerequisites: solid MS Office skills, ideally a class B driving licence
