Apprenticeship at TAG Immobilien AG in Hamburg focused on condominium management. You will learn about the technical, business and financial tasks involved in managing properties.

• Be a point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants, listening to them and helping with all housing questions.
• Learn how to manage our apartments, from handling contracts and inspecting construction work to final apartment inspections.
• Learn about building regulations and legal requirements, and gain insight into technical building management.
• Learn how owners' meetings and property inspections are organised when managing condominiums.
• Help with financing plans and investment calculations, and gain valuable insight into the financial aspects of property management.

• School qualification: successfully completed schooling

• Skills and prerequisites: knowledge of MS Office, ideally a category B driving licence
