In the three-year dual apprenticeship as a retail management assistant, you will learn everything you need for a successful career.

Practical training: you will work in our Takko stores and learn all important tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, presentation of goods, cash register operation, inventory and personnel management; theoretical training: you will learn theoretical knowledge from your experienced colleagues and weekly at a vocational school near you.

School leaving certificate: intermediate secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife); team spirit: enjoyment of contact with people and fashion and the ability to work in a team; flexibility: reliability and time flexibility within your store's opening hours.

IHK qualification: qualified apprenticeship with a recognised IHK certificate as retail management assistant (m/f/d); personal support: intensive support and encouragement as well as help with exam preparation; attractive pay: good apprenticeship pay, holiday and Christmas bonuses as well as travel cost subsidies under certain conditions; holiday: six weeks holiday per year; career opportunities: secure job, very good chances of takeover after apprenticeship and diverse career prospects; welcome events: regional and nationwide introductory events for all new apprentices; staff discounts: 20% staff discount at Takko, discounted access to gyms like McFit and much more.
