In the three-year dual apprenticeship as a retail management assistant, you will learn everything you need for a successful career.

Practical training: You will work in our Takko stores and learn all key activities, including customer advice, product knowledge, presentation of goods, cash register operation, inventory and personnel management. Theoretical training: You will acquire theoretical knowledge from your experienced colleagues and weekly at a vocational school near you.

School leaving certificate: A secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife). Team spirit: Enjoyment of contact with people and fashion as well as the ability to work in a team. Flexibility: Reliability and time flexibility within your store's opening hours.

IHK degree: Qualified apprenticeship with a recognized IHK degree as a retail management assistant. Personal support: Intensive support and promotion as well as help with exam preparation.
