Apprenticeship as Management Assistant in Healthcare – Health and Consulting Expert

In your apprenticeship as a management assistant in healthcare at TK, you get exactly that! As a health and consulting expert, you learn everything needed to optimally support insured persons – and to inspire new customers with our health offerings. Your apprenticeship is as diverse as the people you work with. You attend trade fairs, visit companies and schools, advise both by phone and in person. And you gain commercial know-how along the way.

Learn as much as possible about the healthcare system and social insurance; understand how commercial processes relate to the health insurance fund; advise insured persons on benefits – competently and individually, whether digitally, by phone or in person; spark not just interest but enthusiasm for TK and win new customers; get to know various TK locations through job shadowing and understand how the departments work together.

Hold a general or subject-specific university entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachabitur) or a good intermediate school leaving certificate by the start of the apprenticeship; want to not only understand but actively shape the commercial world of healthcare; be mobile and flexible for assignments; enjoy approaching people openly and love providing first-class customer service.

Work-life balance: 35.5-hour week, flexible hours between 6 am and 8 pm, 30 days leave plus 24 and 31 December off. Attractive apprenticeship pay: in-house collective agreement, year 1 €1,550, year 2 €1,675, year 3 €1,800, plus Christmas bonus, capital-forming benefits, company pension. Apprenticeship duration 2.5 years with a dedicated contact person. Future-oriented training. Home-office possible. Subsidised Deutschlandjobticket (€44.10 instead of €63). Company sports and health programmes. On successful takeover, gross starting salary at least €3,700.
