But our heart still beats for the same thing: inspiring people with stories. In your apprenticeship as a bookseller (m/f/d), you'll do exactly that. You'll learn how to advise customers, design bookstores, and organize our assortment. You'll become part of a team that loves books just as much as you do, and ensure that our bookstore remains a place where people feel comfortable – whether they're looking for their next favorite book or just browsing. Your tasks with us: - Customer consulting and sales in the various departments of the bookstore - Activities in the area of cash register and cash reconciliation - Target-group-oriented design and presentation of our book-related assortments - Research in databases and merchandise management analyses - Organization and execution of events, e.g., author readings

• A good intermediate school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification, or high school diploma - A feel for trends, interest in digital worlds, and enjoyment working with various media - Customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting - High communication skills and a positive attitude as well as initiative, teamwork, and reliability
