Warehouse Specialist / Warehouse Logistics Specialist

thyssenkrupp rothe erde is the world's leading manufacturer of large slewing bearings and rolling bearings, and one of the largest makers of seamlessly rolled rings. It is looking for a warehouse specialist or warehouse logistics specialist in Lippstadt to prepare, pack, transport and load large slewing bearings. Full-time, fixed-term; entry date flexible.

• Preparing the large slewing bearings and steering rings to be picked according to the transport order
• Providing the required packaging material at the designated packing stations
• Packing bearings or accessory parts on pallets or in crates, and securing and labelling them
• Transporting unpacked or packed bearings within the plant and loading the goods onto trucks or other suitable vehicles by forklift or crane
• Supporting the carrying out of (interim) inventories

• Completed vocational training as a warehouse specialist or warehouse logistics specialist, or alternatively equivalent work experience
• Valid forklift and crane licence
• Work experience handling large loads and confident use of industrial trucks
• Independent, careful and responsible way of working as well as strong teamwork and flexibility
• Work in a shift system (currently two shifts) and occasional overtime
• Confident use of warehouse management and ERP systems
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
