Specialist for ASD S2000M Processes & IPL

Responsibility for the ASD S2000M process in your own organizational unit as well as for colleagues and participation in the further development of the IPS field. Coordination and creation of contracts for IPL creation (according to ASD S2000M) together with the customer.

• Coordination and creation of contracts for IPL creation (according to ASD S2000M) together with the customer
• Participation in planning, scheduling and status meetings, national and international expert working groups as well as conducting coordination talks with internal departments, external suppliers and customers
• Independent creation of IPL documents (TM) in a database-supported editorial system, verification and assurance of plausibility and quality of material and structural data, cataloguing of spare parts and research of necessary information (e.g. product/reference photos) in cooperation with specialist departments
• Creation of sketch and graphic drafts including hotspots, initiation of their implementation and control of results

• Completed degree in a technical or business field or technician training with relevant professional experience
• Experience in handling Spec. ASD S2000M (alternatively additionally creation guideline B007) and in the creation of IPL, as well as several years of professional experience in the field of IPS/material management and in handling öAG projects
• Confident use of MS Office and SAP, good technical understanding, independent, structured and analytical working style as well as strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Strong initiative, creativity, commitment, resilience, team orientation as well as clear and precise written expression skills
• Very good German and English skills both written and spoken
