Friendly and competent advice as well as creation of merchandise orders for our customers. Fulfillment of our service philosophy and orientation to customer wishes. Making decisions within your scope of action, e.g. in case of complaints and contributing assortment ideas.

Experience in trade e.g. as a retail/wholesale merchant (f/m/d), sales assistant, customer advisor or in crafts, e.g. as carpenter, electrician, heating/plumbing installer or as a career changer from another industry. Interest in our DIY store assortment and ideally experience as a DIY enthusiast. Joy in direct contact with customers, selling our products as well as communication skills and solution orientation. Organizational ability, e.g. for independent prioritization and structuring of daily business. Openness to working with digital tools and merchandise management systems.
