Digitalization Consultant for Client Processes

As a digitalization consultant for client processes, you become part of a newly built, specialized digitalization team and help shape digital collaboration with clients together with Treuhand Hannover.

• You support pharmacies on site and remotely in building a modern, digital collaboration with our tax advisory.
• Together with the client, you select suitable document management systems (DMS), set them up and ensure a stable start.
• You train pharmacy staff in using DMS, digital document processes and portal solutions.
• You set up interfaces to merchandise management systems and other document sources, independently and together with software providers.
• You ensure the quality of the digital processes and provide support with problems even after go-live (after-sales support).
• You are the first point of contact for the client's digital questions and identify further consulting needs.

• Successfully completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte:r).
• Additional qualification FAIT or a comparable further training is an advantage.
• Confident use of DATEV, digital document processes and ideally DMS systems.
• Good understanding of digital bookkeeping processes, data flows and system interfaces.
• Enjoyment of working directly with clients, also on site, and of explaining digital ways of working clearly.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working, even with several parties and systems involved.
• Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 50%).
• Very good German skills and a strong affinity for digital topics.
• Class B driving licence required.
